Your documents & privacy

The workspace supports private case uploads and account-scoped access. You retain ownership of submitted content. Retention, deletion, provider processing, and privacy-request details are explained in the policies below.

Optional analytics follows your privacy choices. Essential support chat remains available without accepting optional analytics.

AI assists; you review

AI may assist with analysis, organization, or drafts. Output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check facts and recommendations before relying on them or submitting them; high-impact changes require review and consent.

Independent from Google

GBP AutoFix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. We help with preparation and guidance. You or an authorized operator complete the official appeal process; this product does not automatically submit appeals.

Google controls eligibility, enforcement, timing, and outcomes. Reinstatement, ranking, traffic, leads, and revenue are not guaranteed.

Charges, cancellation & refunds

Bronze is one-time. Silver and Gold include initial and monthly charges; monthly billing begins at checkout and renews until canceled. Gold does not add a separate Silver subscription.

Cancel through authenticated billing controls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; amounts already paid are not automatically refunded. Read the existing terms and refund rules before buying.
